With our summer programming officially complete, it is time to look forward to our fantastic 2025-2026 season! Our 55th anniversary season will kick off in September and feature something for everyone. Please read on to learn more about each of the exciting concerts.

Internationally acclaimed and locally loved, Peter Miyamoto will take the stage with MOSY to play Beethoven!

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS: A Missouri Christmas

Continuing MOSY’s holiday tradition for the whole family, this year, we are going to revisit the most beloved tunes of the cozy mid-century. Imagine the smooth jazz, the post-war optimistic pop, and the early rock all join together to tell the stories of a Christmas in white, a rocking Jingle Bell, and a definitely felizmente navidad, as the Columbia Chorale joins the Missouri Symphony again in all its choral glory!

UNSTAGED & UNVEILED: Landlocked Opera with MOSY

The Missouri Symphony will be joined by Landlocked Opera in a special production of operas-in-concert. In this unstaged performance, you will be able to hear some of the most captivating opera selections from Carmen, Madame Butterfly, Tosca, and more. From love stories both heartwarming and heartbreaking, to comedies romantic and delightfully absurd, to acts of courage bold and selfless — experience it all as the magic of opera is unveiled. The perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day!

DEFYING GRAVITY: The Best of Broadway

The season finale will be a musical theatre extravaganza, featuring Broadway veterans recreating their storied roles in addition to everyone’s favorite tunes. Not to be missed are highlights from Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Cats, and more — not only can you expect top New York voices, but we are also recreating the golden age of Broadway, realizing the glory of their original orchestrations only made possible with a full symphony orchestra on stage!
